This form should not be used if you have any of the symptoms of COVID or if you have been asked to isolate as you were a close contact of someone who has tested positive and you are still in your isolation period.

You must also report the result to the NHS Track and Trace website

Please can you contact the attendance officer at Donna.Smith@dstc.kent.sch.uk, if your child tests positive for Covid - 19.

It is vital that you continue to tell us when a student at DSTC has contracted COVID so we can be in touch with close contacts' so they can self isolate. This includes after the end of term - please use this email to inform us: COVID@dstc.kent.sch.uk
